Minimum Order

Minimum order for Party-Fever is USD300. Any purchases less than this amount cannot be made. Our exchange rate is updated daily and all payments are based on USD (other currencies can also be viewed on the site). 

Payment Method

Payment is done by credit card or without credit card through Paypal or ThaiEpay. Paypal is commonly used to pay for online purchases with or without credit card. ThaiEpay is an online credit card payment system (Party-Fever is an authentic merchant of ThaiEPay, possessing ThaiEPay merchant ID for transactions).

Alternatively, we also accept payment by Western Union and MoneyGram.

Discount Policy

1st time order = customer pays 100% of total products price

2nd time order = customer pays 90% of total products price (Confetti Discount)

5th time order = customer pays 85% of total products price (Cake Discount)

10th time order = customer pays 80% of total products price (Crystal Discount)

Our minimum order remains at USD300, so that means for every product, you will get up to 20% off the price, letting you buy more pieces for the same price.

Our shipping cost also remains the same.

Applicable from 23 March 2010 onwards.

Returns Policy
You may return items within 7 (seven) days of delivery. The items need to be returned, within 7 (seven) days of delivery, in their original, saleable condition with your dispatch note stating the reason for return.

We will give you a full refund of the items as well as the shipping cost incurred when you made the purchase. We regret, however, to not be able to pay for the return shipping cost.

Please ensure that the items are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund payment for any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Sample orders are NOT refundable.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We use a shipping company called City-Link Express to send our dresses. This is a fast, safe and cost-effective method. Shipment will take around 1 (one) week, and every shipment will have its tracking number. Shipment can be tracked on the City-Link Express' website.

Customs and import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer, as customs policy varies from country to country.

While we try our best to ensure that every ordered item is packed and sent with care, we cannot guarantee that items will reach their destination without any problems (whether the problem is due to to the shipping company or the Customs Department of the destination country).

Please also note that the shipping rates for our items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

FOR EUROPEAN COUNTRIES ONLY

To ship to some of the European countries, namely, those countries which are the members of European Union, we have to issue a "Certificate of Origin", which takes about 3 business days to complete. Therefore, for those countries, we have to put additional 3 days for delivery.
